About the role

  • Conduct a full discovery of our current Salesforce implementation by partnering with: Sales, Marketing, Concierge/Member Experience, Operations and other internal teams.
  • Understand how each team uses Salesforce today — including workflows, reports, automations, workarounds, and pain points.
  • Identify gaps between current usage and best-in-class Salesforce capabilities.
  • Produce a clear assessment and recommendations document that includes: Opportunities to improve lead flow, speed to close, and member servicing. Suggested automation and optimization using: Salesforce Flows, Lead routing & scoring improvements, Reporting & dashboard enhancements, Features we are under-utilizing or not using at all, Third-party integrations that reduce manual work or improve data quality.
  • Translate findings into a prioritized Salesforce roadmap with clear business outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Systems teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the dedicated Product Manager for Marketing’s technical and systems-related initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end intake for Marketing requests: Clarify vague or incomplete asks, Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, Create high-quality tickets and acceptance criteria for Engineering, Manage stakeholder expectations around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.
  • Prioritize Marketing initiatives alongside Salesforce roadmap work to ensure focus on highest business impact.
  • Ensure delivery quality and that solutions truly solve Marketing’s underlying problems.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity by leveraging stakeholder feedback, usage data, and business metrics.
  • Define success metrics tied to lead conversion, speed to close, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Act as the connective tissue between business teams and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with deep hands-on Salesforce expertise.
  • Proven experience auditing and improving complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Flows, automations, reporting, integrations, and data models.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional at turning messy, vague requests into crisp, build-ready requirements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-through.
  • Comfortable pushing back, setting boundaries, and managing competing priorities.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can tailor messaging for executives, operators, and engineers.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments and enjoys rolling up your sleeves.
