About the role

  • Support data collection, validation, and analysis; build basic reports or dashboards to track KPIs and insights.
  • Map current-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with leaders to clarify needs, align expectations, and support solution delivery.
  • Maintain organized process documentation and contribute to best-practices playbooks.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of business analysis concepts (requirements gathering, process mapping, basic data analysis).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
  • Clear communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration mindset—comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask clarifying questions.
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university program (or recent graduate) pursuing Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
