About the role
- Lead revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and guiding deals through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through regular pipeline reviews, opportunity management, and collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure alignment between market needs, product capabilities, and customer outcomes.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring while ensuring alignment with company policies and risk management standards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and revenue attainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, or related sales roles
- Strong experience managing B2B sales cycles within SaaS or healthcare technology environments
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage executive and operational leaders within healthcare organizations
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics while maintaining disciplined sales operations
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with marketing, product, finance, and client success/services teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into actionable insights and strategies.
