About the role
- Identify growth opportunities with our Divisional Clients and oversee execution that supports the overall divisional client strategy through lead generation efforts
- Create awareness of new client contracts signed and direct resources to highest opportunities
- Uplevel our partnership with divisional clients to grow additional market share
- Partner with sales reps and leaders to influence action needed to achieve job fulfillment
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders. track, measure, and hold applicable stakeholders accountable for results
- Be able to create, analyze, and interpret findings based on different reporting platforms (ex: Tableau, Salesforce, Excel)
- Use diplomacy and negotiation skills to solve problems with multiple internal and external customers
- Conduct voice of the customer sessions with both internal and external customers
- Create and present various reports to internal customers
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development and/or Account Management
- Building internal business relationships to influence growth
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Understanding physician staffing sales cycle and apply industry knowledge to achieve sales targets
- Translate data into insight to diagnose opportunities
- Juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Identifies ways to optimize the sales process with client growth
- Organized and detail oriented
- General knowledge of marketing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled 'change agent' capable of convincing skeptics through collaboration and professional diligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills through delivering and managing continuous improvement efforts
