  • Taking ownership of incidents and investigating issues
  • Delivering high-touch, “white glove” support
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert for complex application behaviours
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams
  • Leading post-incident reviews
  • Championing the use of help centre content for customer self-service
  • Mentoring and guiding Application Support Analysts
  • Logging incidents with detailed replication steps

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Application support experience
  • Proven experience in technical customer support
  • Strong experience and understanding of how SaaS products work
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL and managing databases
  • Intermediate to expert understanding of JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of managing tickets and prioritising workload
  • Comfortable in a technical environment
