About the role

  • Design and develop software/system architectures for complex enterprise applications using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform
  • Lead the architectural design of MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on system design and integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Develop strategies for system scalability, performance optimization, and security
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
  • Stay current with MuleSoft updates and best practices, and ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including deployment, configuration, and testing
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices and methodologies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • 10 years of general work experience
  • Certifications in MuleSoft technologies
  • Over 5 years of experience in integration architecture and development
  • Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager
  • Deployment of MuleSoft and standing up new MuleSoft orgs is a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and API management
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance integration solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Certification in MuleSoft technologies: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
  • Extensive experience in software/system architecture design and development
  • Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
