About the role
- Design and develop software/system architectures for complex enterprise applications using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform
- Lead the architectural design of MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on system design and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Develop strategies for system scalability, performance optimization, and security
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Stay current with MuleSoft updates and best practices, and ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices
- Manage and oversee the implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including deployment, configuration, and testing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices and methodologies
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 10 years of general work experience
- Certifications in MuleSoft technologies
- Over 5 years of experience in integration architecture and development
- Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager
- Deployment of MuleSoft and standing up new MuleSoft orgs is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and API management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance integration solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in MuleSoft technologies: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
- Extensive experience in software/system architecture design and development
- Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
