About the role
- Support program-level planning, execution, and tracking across multiple Salesforce project workstreams
- Assist Program or Project Managers in managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables across the program
- Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
- Track program performance metrics including sprint velocity, delivery milestones, and resource utilization
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports, executive briefings, and program dashboards
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and escalate appropriately
- Support Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and release coordination
- Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure timely responses to Government inquiries and taskers
- Assist in onboarding program personnel and ensuring access, tools, and environments are provisioned
- Maintain program documentation, reporting repositories, and Salesforce-related tracking systems
- Support financial tracking activities including budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement of program delivery processes and governance
- Stay current on Salesforce capabilities, federal program requirements, and program management best practices
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of general work experience with at least two (2) years supporting IT or Salesforce projects
- Experience supporting program or project management activities in a federal or government contracting environment preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform capabilities) strongly preferred
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working within DevOps environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance
- US Citizenship is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to brief stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of program metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ability to identify risks and support mitigation planning
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while supporting a larger program team
