About the role
- Develop and execute the strategic direction for Brambles' global Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
- Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of regional BCM leads
- Lead the development and maintenance of globally standardized BCM guidance materials
- Oversee the internal audit program for BCM
- Coordinate regional crisis management efforts
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal functions to enhance the BCM program
- Act as a subject matter expert for Brambles
- Provide strategic input and expertise to continuously evolve and improve Brambles' approach to business continuity management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, or related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in business continuity, risk, or resilience roles (preferably within global, supply chain, FMCG, or logistics environments)
- Deep knowledge of business continuity frameworks and ISO 22301
- Hands‑on experience leading continuity planning, crisis management, simulations, and recovery efforts
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, disaster recovery, and incident management
- Ability to travel up to 10%
