About the role

  • Develop and execute the strategic direction for Brambles' global Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of regional BCM leads
  • Lead the development and maintenance of globally standardized BCM guidance materials
  • Oversee the internal audit program for BCM
  • Coordinate regional crisis management efforts
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal functions to enhance the BCM program
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Brambles
  • Provide strategic input and expertise to continuously evolve and improve Brambles' approach to business continuity management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, or related field
  • 7–10 years’ experience in business continuity, risk, or resilience roles (preferably within global, supply chain, FMCG, or logistics environments)
  • Deep knowledge of business continuity frameworks and ISO 22301
  • Hands‑on experience leading continuity planning, crisis management, simulations, and recovery efforts
  • Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, disaster recovery, and incident management
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
