About the role

  • Provide high-quality, concierge-level support for AskHR inquiries across the Americas.
  • Resolve cases independently and ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes.
  • Support and maintain specific HR programs ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and other HR teams for issue resolution and escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Preferred: Desired additional languages are Spanish, French, Portugese or Haitian Creole.
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Understanding of Human Resource Case Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and service delivery standards.
