About the role

  • Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Financial Management or Business Partnering within a complex, multinational organisation.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
  • Strong FP&A expertise: forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, business case evaluation.
  • Experience supporting digital, analytics or large-scale transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with understanding of supply chain, asset productivity or technology-driven environments.
