About the role
- Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and improve performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Management or Business Partnering within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A expertise: forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, business case evaluation.
- Experience supporting digital, analytics or large-scale transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness, with understanding of supply chain, asset productivity or technology-driven environments.
