About the role
- Analyze documents and information related to high-volume labor litigation;
- Draft procedural pleadings, such as answers, appeals, initial petitions, among others, including Rext in individual and collective actions, labor claims or special actions before the Labor Court;
- Represent the company at labor hearings and before public bodies, such as the Public Labor Prosecutor's Office (MPT), presenting legal arguments and defenses;
- Handle all phases of labor enforcement proceedings and prepare the corresponding procedural documents;
- Conduct out-of-court negotiations aimed at reaching settlements in labor cases;
- Provide internal legal counsel, advising managers and employees on labor-related matters;
- Monitor labor legislation and case law, staying up to date with developments in the field;
- Participate in meetings with internal clients to align strategies and support decision-making;
- Interact with other company departments, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure legal compliance;
- Perform legal risk and impact analyses for labor cases and propose preventive solutions;
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports on ongoing cases, ensuring organization and control of activities.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Postgraduate degree in Labor Law;
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Experience representing corporate clients;
- Professional experience in high-volume labor litigation;
- Immediate availability
