About the role
- Deeply understand QiH business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful
- Perform user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methods
- Work with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeys
- Create proposed sitemaps/information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX brief
- Create wireframes and prototypes, help validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and work iteratively to improve them
- Work collaboratively with the UI and creative team to build the emotive layer and ensure consistency of experience
- Help improve the UX and end-to-end software delivery process
- Build consistent UX patterns that can be reused across multiple sites and brands
- Provide outstanding communications throughout QiH on your roadmap, priorities and progress
Requirements
- Experience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essential
