Security Engineer

• Oversee our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network systems, and user support
• Manage user access and permissions via Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for desktops, printers, routers, mobile devices, and VoIP
• Investigate security incidents and conduct forensic analysis of suspicious activity
• Maintain the internal IT knowledge base, including SOPs and technical documentation
