About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network systems, and user support
Manage user access and permissions via Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
Provide Tier 2/3 support for desktops, printers, routers, mobile devices, and VoIP
Investigate security incidents and conduct forensic analysis of suspicious activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce
Endpoint management automation experience
Administration and incident response with SentinelOne and Rapid7
Okta certification and SAML integration experience
Technical writing skills
