Customer Success Manager

• You manage your international portfolio of clients across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention.
• You conduct trainings and advisory sessions and will become an expert in messenger communication, automations, and the chatlyn platform.
• You get to know hotels and their guests and translate this understanding into tailored guest journeys, templates, and AI configurations that fit each target audience.
• You identify optimization opportunities for your clients and actively help them get more out of the software.
• You are responsible for the success and satisfaction of your client portfolio.
• You maintain customer data in our CRM (HubSpot) and always stay informed about their status.
• You bring customer feedback into the team in a structured way and contribute to the ongoing development of our product and processes.
