• Respond to inbound chats in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain quality relationships with consumers by delivering exceptional service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting needs and expectations
• Use sales skills to build the customer base and make decisions regarding daily priorities and assigned tasks
• Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Communicate cruise product features, benefits, and pricing using in-depth industry and company knowledge
• Recommend promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities
• Help maintain Norwegian Cruise Line brand consistency and exemplify its mission and values
• Build customer relationships to achieve sales quotas, broaden the customer base, retain customers, and develop business
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned
