Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst bridging business needs and IT solutions
- Previous experience/deep knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with Contact Centre Technology projects
- Business Analyst certifications (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required
- General understanding of application programming, database, and system design
- Experience with SDLC best practices
- Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans
- Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage
- Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts
- Experience logging defects and enhancements
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
