Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience managing 24/7 operations with teams of 40+ people.
Strong background in safety, training, and process development.
Skilled at building and scaling industrial operations in fast-moving environments.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and operational optimization.
Bonus points for oil & gas, aerospace, or chemicals manufacturing experience.
A natural leader who thrives on developing people and creating accountability.
