• Lead acquisition of surface access, subsurface pore space, and related property rights required for carbon sequestration projects, including negotiation with landowners, mineral owners, and operators.
• Source and secure control of idle and orphaned wells where applicable, including wellbore acquisition, commercial structuring, and coordination of technical due diligence.
• Manage land and subsurface due diligence to support Class V injection permitting and long-term carbon storage operations.
• Support development and execution of biomass feedstock sourcing strategies across agricultural, forestry, and industrial waste streams, including supplier engagement and contracting.
