💰 $70,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for creative submissions & delivery of all new Brand NPD, existing content refreshes, & sampling asset libraries inclusive of imagery & copy needs in collaboration with the team.
- Execute competitive tracking/analysis (NPD, social content, competitive launches)
- Execute ratings & reviews programs - Brand
- Support content creation & strategy - Brand
- Support NPD analysis - monthly reporting.
- Support budget - PO management, new supplier set up, set up new SKUs, etc.
- Product orders & new launches comp tracking for marketing brand team
- Weekly marketing highlights send-out.
- Support key meetings - market meetings, company meetings, larger pop-up events, etc.
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations for all marketing needs, including Retailer presentations.
- Assist the Marketing team with all reporting & analytical needs.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, etc., based on business needs.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business needs.
Requirements
- Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Passionate about trends, new products, and the retail landscape
- Ability to self-manage projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities per business needs.
- Experience in the industry is a plus, but NOT necessary.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams & Retail
