About the role
- Develop a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing strategic channels
- Assess and refine resource allocation based on channel performance, market dynamics, and organizational goals
- Continuously monitor and measure the efficacy of each channel
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and implement partnership strategies to address both short- and long-term growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development representatives to ensure strategies are actionable and aligned with on-the-ground execution
- Drive internal alignment across departments
- Lead resource allocation discussions
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Support the implementation of strategic partnerships
- Oversee project management for partnership lifecycles
- Ensure partnerships are operationally set up to drive measurable success
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze performance data to optimize existing relationships
- Deliver regular reports and insights to senior leadership
- Act as Charlie Health’s in-house expert on relevant markets and partnership opportunities
- Represent Charlie Health at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical subject area
- Based in Central Standard Time Zone
- 5+ years in strategy, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong track record of analyzing market trends and creating actionable strategies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with partnership lifecycle management
- Expertise in project management and driving initiatives to completion
- Passion for healthcare services
- Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency—Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
- Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
- Meticulous attention to detail
