About the role
- Develop engaging and informative video and digital content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Research customer data and insights to help create compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords, AI insights and best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize generative AI tools to streamline drafting, ideation, and asset variation while maintaining brand voice.
- Assist in developing segmentation strategies and personalized donor journeys based on user behavior and giving history to increase retention.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and edit content using WordPress, Elementor.
- Create visually appealing digital assets, including banners, ads, and infographics.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, develop testing strategies, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles; OR 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency using WordPress (Elementor Editor), Adobe Experience Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and error-free content.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premier.
- AI literacy - the ability to use generative tools to scale content without losing the human touch.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
