About the role
- This is a broad techno/functional role (not administrative or HR)
- This position will serve as the system's "owner" and technical subject matter expert for the ChargePoint HRIS systems.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and proper use of information within the system.
- Reporting, system integration, security administration, configuration, testing, UX, and business process design.
- Report to the Sr. Manager of IT and act as an SME with the HR, Payroll, and other teams.
- Facilitate change management and system adoption.
- Draft end-user documentation and training whenever necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and produce management and statistical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
