• As part of a newly created staff unit, you will take on a key role as Information Security Officer in ensuring information security and help us further develop and maintain our standards.
• You will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously developing a company-wide IT security strategy.
• You will establish IT security as a competitive advantage in the SaaS market for chargecloud.
• Develop and maintain a company-wide security strategy that meets our high standards and regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement security principles, policies, and standards that create a clear foundation for information security across the company.
• Technical ownership of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its continuous improvement.
• Support and prepare for ISO 27001 audits, including producing the required documentation and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and work closely with central IT, platform, cloud, and engineering teams to translate security requirements into actionable technical measures.
• Apply hands-on technical skills, e.g., in Identity & Access Management (IAM), CI/CD pipelines, as well as cloud and platform architectures, to effectively implement security solutions.
• Responsible for compliance topics, particularly with regard to regulatory requirements.

Information Security Officer – E-Mobility

Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain customer-facing Flutter applications for iOS and Android
• Own mobile features end-to-end, from design and implementation to release and maintenance
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services exposed via AWS API Gateway
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps using Fastlane
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Participate actively in estimations, refinements, and technical decision-making
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to mobile engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QA
