About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and improve digital learning solutions
- Connect learning tools with other systems such as ERP, CRM and collaboration platforms
- Create learning experiences directly within the product
- Set up automated ways to share knowledge
- Develop gamification features that make learning more engaging
- Track usage of learning solutions and improve them based on feedback
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience building learning systems from the ground up
- Strong technical skills in areas such as APIs, scripting, and automation tools
- Hands-on experience with learning technology platforms and tools
- Ability to translate concepts into scalable, working solutions
- Comfortable navigating change in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
