• Own the executive-level relationships with our top-tier merchants and partners
• Drive expansion revenue by identifying opportunities for new product adoption and channel integrations
• Conduct high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with deep-dive analytics and strategic roadmaps
• Manage the department budget and provide accurate forecasting for renewals and expansion revenue
• Partner closely with Product and Solutions Engineering to translate partner requests and market opportunities into actionable product requirements
• Act as the ultimate "fixer" for complex account issues

• Act as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for strategic, enterprise-level partners.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to thoroughly understand partners' strategic business goals, complex technical requirements, and payment ecosystem challenges.
• Proactively identify and articulate opportunities where our embedded financing platform can drive transformational business outcomes.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to design innovative and resilient solutions.
• Translate high-level business requirements and technical constraints into detailed solution specifications.
• Ensure the seamless integration of our embedded financing platform with partners' existing systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and document technical implementation plans.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during partner negotiations and contract discussions.
• Assist in the development of proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide technical oversight and governance during project implementation.
• Define and document clear, phased technical implementation plans and success criteria.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to partners during the implementation and post-launch phases.
