About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of complex enterprise client programs from initial onboarding through successful launch and post-launch warranty support
  • Establish and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams, including ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility
  • Coordinate related projects and workstreams to align with program objectives, client commitments, and business outcomes
  • Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and blockers; establish resolution paths and drive decisions
  • Maintain program governance, including scope management, decision tracking, change management, and executive reporting
  • Focus on measurable customer outcomes, realized business value, product utilization, feature adoption, engagement depth, and time-to-value
  • Serve as the primary client-facing program lead and build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Lead onboarding, working sessions, governance meetings, milestone reviews, and executive updates with director- and C-level stakeholders
  • Translate complex program, technical, and business issues into strategic updates, recommendations, and decisions
  • Coordinate program status, escalations, dependencies, and decision-making across internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Implementation Engineers, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Customer Success
  • Drive alignment and accountability across teams and workstreams without direct authority
  • Communicate client requirements to Product and Engineering, prioritize dependencies, and support delivery timelines
  • Represent the client internally and translate business and technical needs into actionable requirements
  • Maintain program documentation, including statements of work, integrated plans, risk and issue logs, decision logs, change documentation, and executive updates
  • Lead program close-outs and retrospectives to improve execution, scalability, and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, including complex enterprise SaaS, fintech, or software implementation programs
  • Experience managing programs spanning multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and business objectives
  • Ability to communicate with technical stakeholders, senior business leaders, and C-suite executives
  • Experience building trusted client relationships and leading strategic conversations with enterprise customers
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and complex dependencies
  • Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of driving alignment and decisions autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Experience with agile or hybrid project and program management methodologies preferred
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other relevant certification is a plus
  • Comfort working with product roadmaps, APIs, technical workflows, and enterprise systems integrations preferred
  • Experience in fintech, payments, lending, e-commerce, or complex B2B technology preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered now or in the future
