About the role
- Utilize and role-model our consultative sales process to convert telephone, text, and web leads to booked appointments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and delight potential guests with exceptional service experience.
- Foster and nurture positive relationships with potential guests.
- Conduct regular lead management activities to achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratio.
- Showcase and role-model best-in-class guest service, decision quality, collaboration, and adaptability as Chapter continues to grow.
- Maintain high level of integrity, organization, and time management.
- Respond to all New Lead inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and joy.
- Build relationships with New Leads through various communication platforms.
- Drive results and achieve goals in lead conversion, promotional campaigns, and events.
Requirements
- Education Level: High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of recent customer service experience
- A quiet, private, distraction-free work environment with limited interruptions/background noise
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Clear, concise, and professional written and digital communication skills
- Ability to identify high-level customer issues that require resolution and/or escalation
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills and demonstrated sound decision-making skills
- Retail or guest service experience in the service industry
- Strong proficiency with multi-tasking across computer programs
- Ability to work within the hours of 8am-8pm CST from anywhere in the United States
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays/month 9 am - 3 pm CST
- Experience with CRM and Lead-Management systems favored, but not required.
