About the role
- Provide clinical oversight and regulatory compliance for Coralville and Davenport studios
- Conduct on-site supervision (4 hours/week per location) and provide real-time consultation
- Review at least 10% of patient charts for procedures performed by supervised providers
- Ensure accurate informed consent and documentation and submit required documentation to Medical Board
- Collaborate with Managing Clinical Director (NP) to oversee clinical staff and ensure provider credentials are documented and displayed
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Iowa medical license
- Experience in or strong familiarity with medical aesthetic services
- Reside within 60 miles of Coralville and Davenport studios
- Availability for in-person and electronic support for providers
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient safety
- A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor and support clinical teams
