About the role

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support to Customers via phone and occasionally email in English and Spanish
  • Offer clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve questions and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and understanding of customer needs
  • Proactively engage with customers and offer solutions to exceed expectations
  • Identify and address potential issues before escalation; collaborate with internal teams to share insights
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Customers platform and contribute to internal resources and knowledge base articles
  • Demonstrate active listening and simplify technical information into easy-to-understand instructions
  • Participate in ongoing training and uphold quality standards

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer support, with focus on phone interactions
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot tier 1 technical issues
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prioritization skills and resilience to pressure
  • Experience with US, UK, Australian, or New Zealand customers is a plus
