• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
• Solicit new prospective clients and target new prospects.
• Outbound sales solicitation via phone, email and marketing strategies.
• Schedule appointment presentations of our products and services to new and existing clients.
• Manage incoming loan submissions, review for completeness, and ensure accurate data entry into loan origination systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients.
• Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations to ensure loans are progressing through underwriting and closing in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company loan products, eligibility requirements, and pricing tools.
• Collaborate with underwriting, disclosures, and funding teams to resolve documentation or status issues.
• Support the onboarding process for new brokers and correspondents, including gathering necessary documents and setting up access to systems.
• Monitor and update CRM and sales tracking tools with accurate client and loan-level information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

• Work with company marketing resources and decision-makers to expand business with predictable 24-hour fulfillment

Wholesale Account Executive

Bookkeeper

• Validate and process sales commission payments accurately in accordance with company compensation plans and payroll schedules.
• Audit commission data submitted from sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile commission reports with payroll systems and financial records to identify and correct discrepancies prior to payout.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Finance departments to resolve commission-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees through Paylocity, including salaried, hourly, and commissioned staff.
• Review and validate timekeeping records, deductions, garnishments, and commissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain payroll compliance with all federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Manage payroll reporting, including tax filings, year-end W-2s, and other required documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, employee status changes, and benefit deductions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with monthly journal entries and payroll-related audits.
• Keep current on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure company practices stay compliant.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll operations.
