About the role
- Drive sales and overall P&L impact for the Amazon business in alignment with business objectives
- Manage day to day activities and relationship with Amazon retail to strengthen overall partnership and achieve mutual business goals
- Forecast demand and budget to support joint business planning with the customer; identify logistical synergies
- Partner with business unit teams, supply chain, channel, retail, and finance to ensure Chamberlain Group’s Amazon.com objectives are achieved
- Generate and develop new business opportunities; conduct quarterly account presentation to internal and external senior leadership
- Oversee Amazon.com business reporting; measure key metrics and KPIs to drive overall visibility into trends and areas of opportunity
- Own and manage Amazon marketing budget and ensure ROI performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Amazon specific tactics into new product development, product launches and marketing initiatives
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in eCommerce/Amazon account management
- experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms (Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Amazon Sponsor Ads/AMS)
- vendor management experience
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of business financial analysis and P&L management
- Strategic knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce retail landscape
- Project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally, valid driver's license
