As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Chainlink Labs, you'll be at the forefront of bringing world-class Web3 infrastructure to market; lead launches of new features and services and craft go-to-market strategies across DeFi and capital markets
Work at the intersection of technical innovation and market adoption; translate complex technology into impactful business outcomes
Own and execute product launches: define launch strategy, align internal stakeholders, craft positioning, and execute coordinated cross-functional campaigns
Craft resonant messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks for both technical and non-technical audiences
Drive cross-channel campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative
Bridge traditional and onchain finance by shaping positioning and GTM strategies that connect technical innovation to enterprise value
Collaborate and influence as the go-to marketing lead for your product category across product, engineering, content, and ecosystem teams
Continuously synthesize user, market, and competitive insights; monitor trends in crypto, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in infrastructure, developer platforms, or Web3
Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches
Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams
Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs throughout the user journey
Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy
Preferred: Experience working with or marketing to traditional financial institutions or capital markets
Preferred: Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends
Preferred: Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products and developer tools
