About the role

  • Chainlink Labs primary contributing developer of Chainlink, the decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web
  • Lead launches of new features and services; craft narratives and go-to-market strategies across DeFi, capital markets
  • Define positioning and messaging; coordinate cross-functional execution
  • Work with product, engineering, content, and ecosystem teams to articulate value to crypto-native developers and enterprise stakeholders
  • Bridge DeFi and traditional finance; translate complex technology into business outcomes
  • Own and execute product launches; craft positioning; execute coordinated campaigns
  • Develop and refine messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns and audience-specific strategies across the marketing funnel
  • Shape Chainlink’s narrative for DeFi and institutional finance; craft positioning and GTM strategies
  • Act as go-to marketing lead and influence cross-team initiatives
  • Synthesize user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in infrastructure, developer platforms, or Web3
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs throughout the user journey
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy
