About the role

  • Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of commercial customers, driving on-time renewals through proactive planning, customer engagement, and negotiation.
  • Commercial Execution: Generate renewal quotes, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate and timely contract execution.
  • Forecasting & CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM, including forecasts, risks, and renewal status, to provide clear visibility and predictable outcomes.
  • Risk & Retention Strategy: Identify renewal risks early and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate churn and improve gross retention.
  • Process & Playbooks: Develop and refine renewal playbooks and operating processes to increase efficiency and improve on-time renewal rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales, with direct ownership of customer contracts and commercial conversations.
  • Proven ability to drive renewals with predictability and deliver against gross retention targets.
  • Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
  • Comfort generating quotes, preparing order forms, and maintaining CRM hygiene, ideally in Salesforce.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment and help build or improve processes where needed.
