About the role
- Act as a primary owner for critical recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with HR Technology to configure systems, manage integrations, and implement automations that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards.
- Move beyond basic reporting to deliver actionable insights that inform recruiting strategy and operational decisions.
- Partner with Legal and People Ops to ensure recruiting practices align with global employment laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with recruiting and/or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar), including system configuration, integrations, and day-to-day use.
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans.
- Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, surface insights, and solve complex problems independently.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders at multiple levels to drive outcomes.
