Prioritize excellent service in Slack, email, and our ticketing system—respond quickly, close the loop, and follow up with clear, accurate fixes.
Own and improve our ticketing process: triage, categorize, SLAs, and clean documentation that helps everyone move faster.
Troubleshoot across hardware, software, peripherals, and identity/access issues; resolve what you can and escalate crisply when needed.
Write self-service docs and how-tos in Confluence so Chainguardians can help themselves next time.
Acquire, image, and maintain endpoints (macOS & Linux); manage software installs, updates, and configurations.
Manage hardware and software assets end-to-end through our MDM and security tooling; keep inventories accurate and lifecycle events clean.
Partner with IT leadership to resolve complex or cross-functional issues; propose pragmatic solutions and drive them to closure.
Ensure day-to-day compliance with IT/Security and company policies; help make “secure by default” the easy path.
Participate in an on-call rotation (including occasional holidays) to keep the lights on and the team unblocked.
Run a smooth employee lifecycle: onboard new Chainguardians with the right hardware, access, and tooling; collaborate closely with Talent/HR.
Work with vendors to order, track, and ship hardware worldwide; own the last mile so Day 1 feels like a welcome, not a scavenger hunt.
