About the role
- Identify, assess, and mitigate threats to executives, personnel, products, reputation and operations.
- Use OSINT tools with a focus on AI-driven tools to monitor the deep/dark web, dark web, social media, and other OSINT indicators; identify, monitor, assess, and escalate physical and reputational threats.
- Produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence reports such as risk assessments, situation reports, and travel advisories.
- Support insider risk detection and early warning efforts through OSINT analysis, research, and legally predicated investigative actions.
- Build and maintain threat intelligence dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision support.
- Travel as required in support of corporate events, executive travel, or other related security matters.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to deliver strategic insights and actionable intelligence in real time; inform protective operations and drive risk-based decision making.
Requirements
- Understanding of operational tempo, risk/threat triage, business continuity and crisis response frameworks and ability to take action individually or as part of a team.
- Maintained a strong understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures relevant to high profile individuals and groups.
- Translated strategic intelligence into tactical and operational actions in real time.
- Enhanced legal and regulatory readiness by documenting intelligence and responses in line with internal policies and privacy standards.
- Experience supporting the operation and providing oversight of an organization’s global access control and CCTV systems, ensuring systems are compliant with policy and configured to deliver a proactive and intelligence driven security posture.
- Proficiency with OSINT tools, including AI-driven tools, to monitor the deep/dark web, social media, and other OSINT indicators.
- Ability to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence reports such as risk assessments, situation reports, and travel advisories.
- Experience supporting insider risk detection and early warning efforts through OSINT analysis, research, and legally predicated investigative actions.
- Experience building and maintaining threat intelligence dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and decision support.
- Willingness to travel as required in support of corporate events and executive travel.
- Ability to be in the NYC office 3 days per week.
