About the role
- Lead a team of SCRM personnel and manage taskings, deadlines, and the status of SCRAs
- Work with various team members on policy development, project management, and SCRAs
- Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts
- Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRAs
- Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for CI activities
- Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production
- Collaborate closely with CMS leadership and program personnel
- Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes
Requirements
- 9 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field
- 7 years of relevant experience with master's in related field
- 4 years of relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools
- Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to define comprehensive research approaches
- Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
