About the role
- Build and maintain cloud environments using infrastructure as code and reusable modules
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated validation, safety controls and progressive rollout patterns
- Implement observability across logs, metrics and traces, with actionable signal for teams
- Define and maintain reliability standards including SLOs, error budgets and incident processes
- Establish secure defaults for environments, services and deployments
- Optimize runtime performance and cost through data-driven analysis
- Remove manual operations by automating environment, deployment and maintenance workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data and security teams to ensure platform readiness
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong background in cloud-native operations, preferably in Azure
- Experience building automated environments and pipelines at scale
- Solid understanding of observability, telemetry and reliability engineering
- Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and guide teams toward resilient patterns
- A mindset focused on automation, repeatability and operational simplicity
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where infrastructure evolves quickly.
