Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environment
Source talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools
Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, with specific expertise in hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers required
At least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties required
Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry highly desired
Proven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)
Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting a plus
