About the role

  • Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates
  • Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, making lasting connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environment
  • Source talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools
  • Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, with specific expertise in hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties required
  • Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry highly desired
  • Proven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting a plus
