About the role

  • Lead the development and evolution of BambooHR's core platform
  • Drive the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of HR software solutions
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform engineering team
  • Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development
  • Champion innovation and guide teams to adopt new technologies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP), microservices architecture, data storage solutions, and API design
  • Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
  • Passion for building high-quality, scalable, and secure systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
