About the role

  • Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities.

  • Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Work effectively across departments, including with Account Executives, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless deal support.
  • Embrace challenges as opportunities, maintain a positive outlook, and take ownership of success and failure.
  • Manage the customer relationship across defined stages of solution engagement, from onboarding to business reviews and upsell/cross-sell cycles.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, International Account Manager, or Global Sales Executive, preferably in a global or international context.
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
