About the role

  • Develop and execute the partner ecosystem messaging aligned to BambooHR’s business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem, including new partner motions, programs, and growth initiatives.
  • Own the roadmap for partner programs designed to drive partner-sourced revenue, lead volume, and product usage.
  • Translate partnership strategy into scalable, repeatable growth motions across teams.
  • Own partner ecosystem messaging and ensure it is woven into BambooHR’s broader point of view and go-to-market narrative.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to integrate partner value, stories, and differentiators into campaigns, launches, and enablement.
  • Develop internal enablement materials to support Sales and internal teams, including partner positioning, sales plays, and training.
  • Create external enablement resources for partners, such as playbooks, messaging guides, and co-selling materials.
  • Build and launch partner sales plays that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Design and execute partner growth programs focused on lead generation, activation, and increased usage of BambooHR.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to drive adoption and execution of partner motions in the field.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partner Operations, Sales, CX and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Partner Marketing to develop content, campaigns, drops, and partner-facing assets.
  • Coordinate with Partner Operations to improve partner onboarding, performance, and lifecycle management.
  • Define and track KPIs related to partner-sourced revenue, lead volume, and usage/adoption.
  • Partner with Partner Operations and RevOps to ensure visibility into partner performance and program effectiveness.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize partner programs and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, partner growth, channel programs, or marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
  • Proven experience scaling partner programs that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong go-to-market experience, including sales plays, messaging, and enablement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, CX and Operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior people management experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
