Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel upon attorney request
Ensure incoming and outgoing productions comply with applicable ESI specifications and notify case attorney of deficiencies
Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity
Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs
Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied across case lifecycle
Create statistical reports providing information on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production
Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes
Maintain current knowledge of available software applications in area(s) of expertise
Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements regarding electronic discovery
Generate custom PowerShell scripts
Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases
Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process, and the EDRM workflow
Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning
Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Detailed planning and organizational skills and thorough understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle processes
Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and manage complex stakeholder relationships
Be well organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate good judgment, and be confident working independently
Undergraduate degree required; Law degree, technical certification, or pertinent graduate degree strongly preferred
Must be a United States Citizen
Ideally: Knowledge of advanced searches in Relativity, generate Search indexes, set up workflows, permissions, and Case Dynamics
Ideally: Write scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, and/or data manipulation
Ideally: Generate complex productions out of Relativity
Ideally: In-depth hands-on experience with Case Map and Text Map
Ideally: Able to obtain Public Trust security clearance
