Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
Demonstrated engineering abilities in Windows Desktop applications, remote access, MS Windows 7, SQL Server, VMware, EMC, SAN storage, Cloud as a service, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, system networking
Understanding and utilization of ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile, Configuration and Change controls
Capability in providing technical engineering practices recommendations from integration engagements
Exceptional writing/verbal/interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
Ideally, knowledge of VDI, PKI, MS Windows 2003 Terminal Server, MS Windows 2008R2 Server, Cisco UCS, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, iOS, Android OS, Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, CISSP
