Support various aspects of the company's eDiscovery platform
Participate in technical meetings to review and support program objectives
Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting based on engineering documentation
Record configuration change requests through established change control board
Monitor failed system components and coordinate support as needed
Respond to monitoring alerts and warnings with corrective actions and escalations
Complete scheduled maintenance following established policies and procedures
Prevent data loss or outages during maintenance activities
Manage technology in remote environments
Provide initial response and escalate outages related to supported systems
Review logs to ensure scheduled jobs complete (e.g. backups)
Facilitate migration into cloud infrastructures
Research and recommend automated approaches for system admin tasks

Requirements

Top Secret Clearance Required
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Experience supporting Criminal Discovery Program
Knowledge of configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of physical and virtualized Windows Servers
Experience with storing requests, migrations, and decommission tasks
Knowledge of creating Power Shell and VBS scripts for routine maintenance tasks
Application of OS patches and upgrades regularly
Experience with cloud infrastructures
