Drive pieces of work as first BA hire in Projects & PMO team; support building BA framework and ways of working
Engage with business teams across functions and geographies to understand as-is processes, assess problems and needs
Review internal processes to identify inefficiencies, non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement
Lead analysis of business processes to align with business needs and collaborate on business case development
Act as liaison between business and project teams to ensure initiatives meet business needs and are communicated effectively
Support change capability across Project Management, PMO and Change Management disciplines
Plan and facilitate workshops to drive project alignment from the outset
Play a key role in user acceptance testing (UAT), planning and ensuring quality outcomes
Manage stakeholders autonomously and lead key initiatives across the insurance value chain
Requirements
Demonstrable experience within an Operations function managing process improvement, process mapping and embedding change across different business areas
Experience using process improvement methodologies; ideally qualified in Lean, Lean Six Sigma or similar
Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills with ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
Insurance experience and Regulatory awareness, with experience ensuring business processes meet regulatory standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
