About the role

  • Serve as frontline HubSpot CRM administrator for the sales team, owning CRM configuration and maintenance.
  • Design and implement workflows and automations for lead assignment, email cadences, and task reminders.
  • Build custom dashboards, reports and performance analysis to shape sales strategy.
  • Maintain data cleanliness through regular audits and enforce CRM best practices.
  • Work with Dev Team to integrate sales tools across the organisation.
  • Provide training, playbooks and onboarding resources for sales reps to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Continuously refine sales processes based on feedback and performance data to boost productivity and conversion rates.
  • Review complex deals for compliance and collaborate with Marketing and Finance on lead flow and commission accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, with strong HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Proven HubSpot experience and excellent communicator.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
