About the role
- Incident Coordination – Collaborate with multiple teams, including forensics, legal, public relations, and the client’s executive leadership to coordinate incident response efforts.
- Incident Documentation – Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of incident response activities, timelines, actions taken, and outcomes. Track multiple cases at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Client Communication - Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders, ensuring a unified response.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in any field, demonstrating strong communication, accountability, and organizational skills. Customer-facing and/or cybersecurity experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills to support management of multiple simultaneous cases.
- Ability to follow structured processes and adhere to established documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of common cyber threats and willingness to learn more.
- Calm demeanor, good judgment, and ability to support clients professionally under pressure.
